3. Services
We provide marketing strategy, brand positioning, Reddit community research, AI-search visibility consulting, and related digital marketing services. All deliverables are described in the project proposal or service agreement agreed upon before work begins.
4. Payments & Billing
Payment is due according to the schedule set out in your proposal or invoice. We accept payment via Stripe, Wise, and other approved card processors. All fees are quoted in the currency specified on the invoice and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables we create for you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Ventures Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
